The apartment with balcony offered a decent view.
The soundproofing in the apartment was quite poor, making it frustrating to hear neighbors and traffic from the street. Additionally, the check-in process felt cumbersome, requiring extra steps like filling out forms on a tablet and taking a photo of my passport. The apartment also had a super tiny toilet room, which made the experience feel cramped and uncomfortable for someone of my height.

The apartment with the balcony offered a decent view and some fresh air, which is a bonus in this busy locale. Compact spaces are manageable if you don’t mind being close to everything.
The toilet room felt ridiculously tight. anyone over 180 cm might find it a challenge to use. The pillows were uncomfortable and small, and the bed lacked extra bedding—just one blanket for two people. There were also glaring issues with cleanliness, as the laundry machine looked like it hadn’t been maintained for ages, and there was dust lurking in the corners.

Charming stay in a lively neighborhood
Our apartment was cozy, clean, and expertly equipped with everything we required for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, situated near fantastic restaurants and coffee bars which enhanced our experience in Shinjuku.
However, the kitchenette had a very small trash bin, and we had to buy our own trash bags for our longer stay. Clearer instructions in English would also have been helpful at times.

i almost considered giving this place a good review, but honestly, it was more like slumming it. the rabbit statue in the bathroom is an absolute hazard, and the wifi is as useful as a paperweight. also, i expected a welcome gift for putting up with this, but alas, nothing. would avoid unless desperate.

The toilet room felt ridiculously tight, making it challenging to use if you're taller than 180 cm. This was quite uncomfortable and could use some improvement.

The apartment with balcony was spacious. It had air conditioning, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The private bathroom was neat, and the bed was super comfy. We enjoyed the flat-screen TV too! Perfect for winding down after exploring. Getting to the train station was a breeze.

I had a lovely week here and really appreciated the spacious apartment with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Unwinding on the balcony was perfect after our daily adventures, and I enjoyed some downtime watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The only downside was needing a few more cooking essentials, but it didn't take away from the overall comfort. 😊
